great character design and I really like the setting. I think there is too much black on the bell though.

Nice character

The background looks like from the another picture. Weird viewer angle, characters looks like he is inside the bell, "cloth" mountains. But as I said, the character is great

You have such great sense of movement in your characters, I always enjoy looking at them and the folds in their clothes. You also use a lot of colours, and you seem to master it.
